How long will it take to receive the proposal?

Our design team is fast, but the artwork takes time. We usually send the proposal to your email within 24 to 48 business hours.

Can I request changes to the design?

Of course! The goal is for you to be 100% in love with it. You can suggest adjustments until the artwork is exactly as you imagined.

What type of photos should I send?

The better the lighting and definition, the better we can capture the details of your pet. Front or profile photos always work well!

What colors of sweatshirts are available?

We work with a curated color palette (Neutrals, Pastels, and Earth Tones). You can indicate your preference in the form, and we will confirm availability in the proposal.

What if I want to draw more than one animal on the same piece?

We love challenges! Explain your idea to us in the text box and we'll create an artistic composition for you and your friends to feature together on the design.
